Mirchi aur Bringal Pakoda is a delicious snack for those of you who enjoy the heat of green chillies! & Purple Bringal Perfect when teamed with hot cup of Masala Chai on a cold day. Make Mirchi & Brinjal Pakoda just as enjoyable.  Ingredients: 6 large green chillies (the ones used for making chilli pickle) or 6 banana chillies 2 small size Brinjal 3 tsps Chaat Masala 4 tsps tamarind juice 2 tsps red chilli powder 1 medium onion chopped very fine 3 small green chillies chopped very fine 1 cup bengal gram flour (besan) 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste 3 tsp Garam Masala Vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil for deep frying
