Khud ka no rook Pata hon jab Udaas hota hon

Main rota hon aksar shab ki furqaton main
Apney Anso-on pe Bandh banata hon jab Udas hota hon

Main sharab peeta hoon aisa k jaisey pani hoo
Paimana sang sey Takrata hon jab udas hota hon

Main Aarzo karta hon Hamesha Mout ki Aaghosh ki
Zindagi sey phir Dil behlata hon Jab Udaas hota hon.
