Sitary timtamaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
Nazary geet gaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
Issy ana nhi wapis magar phir bhi hath apny

Duuwa ko jub bhi uthaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
Kabhi jugnuu kabhi taree kabhi ghunchy kabhi badal
Hamara dil jalaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
Bhut koshish say bhi hum iss sitam gar ko nhi bholy
Kahein bhi dil lagaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
Abhi rasty mein bhikri hay mehak pichli rafaqtoon ki

Kisi say milny jaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
Hamari shairi per bhi abhi tuk us ski hukmarani hay

Ghazal jub bhi sunaty hain tu koi yaad ata hay
