merey leay to hurf-e-dua ho gya woh shakhs
sarey dukho.n ki jesey dawa ho gya woh shakhs

mein asmaan pe tha to zamee.n ki kashish tha woh
utra zameen per to hawa ho gaya woh shakhs

mein us ka hath dekh raha tha key dafa'atan
simta simat key rang-e-hina ho gaya woh shakhs

phirta hey ley key aankh ka kashkol derbader
dil ka bharam luta to gada ho gaya woh shakhs

yoon bhi nahin key pass hey merey woh hum-nafs
yeh bhi ghalat k mujh se juda ho gaya woh shakhs

parhta tha mein namaz samjh ker usey "*****" (name)
phir yoon houa key mujh se qaza ho gaya woh shakhs
