os ko apna khayal aya tha
aena jis ne banaya tha

kaun tha kis nagar se aya tha
jis ne pehla dia jalaya tha

haey tasweer ho nahi paya
aks ankhon men jhilmiaya tha

badshahi fakiri hoti hai
aek derwesh ne bataya tha

phool rakha huwa hai kamre men
mere kamre men kaun aya tha

jal raha tha wujud barish men
nagehan shams jagmagaya tha

men ne koore kay dheir se kaghaz
nam parh kar tera othaya tha

teri dunya tujhe mubarak ho
men to bus dekhne hi aya tha

rat ek tara dor kar bahar
meri khatir zameen pe aya tha
