aaj kal USB virus bahut common ho gaye hain , Jis say har koi Pareshan hai aor even aaj kal ek dosre ki usb apne computers mai virus ke waja say nahi lagate, Tu dostoon aaj se agar aap esy keliye antivirus use karte hai tu AV ko use karna chorh de and enjoy because u got rid of usb virus.
I have simple solution for this which im using for long ago.
You Just need this simple and small software baaqi kuch nahi , os software ka naam hai Tweak UI,
basically this software has many Options in it , better u dont touch it.
You have to enable hidden files in your computer, and also try to enable "Veiw as Detail" file option from right Click of mouse in usb folde, so that u can see the virus in usb and delete it.
Yahan say aap es software ke latest version ko download kar sakte hain

Note: Dont double click on ur usb drive and Just open it from Right Click Option.
