Neend ki teh mein kai khuwaab hua kertay hein
Ye khazaanay baray nayaab hua kertay hein

Wo to ik derd say jaaga meri aankhon ka naseb
Werna sehra kahaan payaab hua kertay hein

Muskuraana hai to phoolon say saleekha seekho
Is ibaadat k bhi aadaab hua kertay hein

Kam-nazer ghour to ker aab-e-rawaan say hatt ker
Khushk deriya mein bhi gerdaab hua kertay hein

Meri saanson nay kiya hai us hi nuqtay ka tawaaf
Guftugoo mein jahaan ayraab hua kertay hein.
