So qissay hain miltay jultay,
Ik majboori theek nahi
Jo kehna he khul k kah de,
Baat adhori theek nahi
Koi jawab, koi bahana, koi munasib raah nikal,
Mujhse aise miltay rehna
Ghair zaroori theek nahi
Roz mohabbat ho jati he
Chalte phirte logon se,
Geet adhooray, Khuwab adhooray,
Ye mazdoori theek nahi
Ik shakast k badle,
Mujhko sab k sab ilzaam na de,
Kuch kuch teri baat he sachi,
Lekin poori theek nahi
