خوشبوئیں گلابوں کے جسم سے نکلتی ہیں

چوڑیاں بھی ہاتھوں میں ٹوٹ پھوٹ جاتی ہیں
جسم کے شگوفوں میں رنگ چھوڑ جاتی ہیں
بس سنہرے لہجےکی
روشنی ہے لو جیسی
ہونٹ سے پرے دل میں
کام کی دعا ایسی
کس کو یہ خبر لیکن
اِس سنہرے لہجے میں
کھارے کھارے پانی سا
بدگمانیوں سے پُر
