rahein wohi rehti hein musafir badal jate hein
waqt k sath ihsas aur jazbat badal jate hein

yun kheilte hein log yahan par dilon k sath
jub dil bhar jata hay to raah badal jate hein

aik chehre par laga k phirte hein kayi chehre
sath chodna ho to nam aur chehre badal jate hein

tijarat hi ban gayi hay muhabat iss zamane mein
jiss mein rishte aur mafadaat bhi badal jate hein

huya karta hay yun bhi dil k zakhmon ka ilaj k
zakhm wohi rehte hein marham badal jate hein

hum nay deikhe hein yun bhi tamashe dil e damsaaz
umer bhar sath nibhane wale pal mein badal jate hein
