kahne ko to vo pahli mulaqaat thi
darmiyaN khamosh mohabbat thi
mere khwaboN meN uska ulfat thi
magar vo shakhs is baat se anjaan tha

na hasil mujhe uski kurbat hui
na hi mohabbat bhari koi baat hui
main to youN sajde mein rahti thi
duaon meiN uski khusi mangti thi

jab waqt ne usse mujhse dur kiya
main tanha hui ,vo bhi tanha hua
vo rukshat hua tou mehsush hua
mano dil se dhadkan jaise juda hui

tasvuur meN akshar use sochti hun
shab o sehar khwab uska dekhti hun
vo palkeiN jo nazakat se uthti thi
aaj aansooN se unko bhigoti hun
