Dayar-e-Gair men kaise tujhe sada dete
Tu mil bhi jata to tujhe ganva dete
Tumhin ne ham ko sunaya na apana dukh varana
Dua vo karate ke ham asaman hila dete
Hamen ye zom raha ab ke vo pukarenge
Unhen ye zid thi ke har bar ham sada dete
Vo tera Gam tha ke tasir mere lahaje ki
Ke jis ko hal sunate use rula dete
Tumhen bhulana hi aval to dastaras men nahin
Jo ikhtiyar bhi hota to kya bhula dete
Tumhari yad ne koi javab hi na diya
Mere Khayal ke ansu rahe sada dete
Samaton ko main ta umr kosata Syed
Vo kuch na kahate magar honth to hila dete
