Terii bataiN hi sunane aaye
dost bhi dil hi dukhane aaye

Phool khilte haiN tu ham sochte haiN
Tere milne ke zamaane aaye

ajnabi dost hamaiN dekh ke ham
Kuch tujhe yaad dilaane aaye

wo khafa ker ke hamaiN rootH gaye
ab hamaiN kon manaane aaye

aa naa jaaye kahiiN phir loat ke jaaN
merii mayyet ko sajaane aaye

ab tu rone se bhi dil dukhta he
shayed apne hosh thikane aaye
