کراچی (خصوصی رپورٹ) بھارت گذشتہ 15برس سے پاکستانی علاقوں کو ڈبو رہا ہے۔ امت کے مطابق سندھ طاس معاہدے کے تحت بھارت پانی چھوڑنے سے پہلے اطلاع دینے کا پابند تھا لیکن 1998ءکے بعد سے مطلع نہیں کررہا جس کا ذمہ دار واٹر کمشن ہے۔ یہ بات چیف انجینئر ڈیم سیفٹی کونسل احمد کمال نے کہی۔ واٹر کمشن نے فیڈرل فلٹر کمشن کو ذمہ دار قرار دیدیا ہے
