Yunhi kabhi raah mein hum, hum-nazar ho jaye
Uska kya ranjh kare jo zamane ko khabar ho jaye

Aarzoo hai sang aapke beeteiN yeh chaar pal
Mile hum asar mein aur lamhon mein fajar ho jaye

Karke wada woh milne ka bichad gaya ek roz
Khudaya us roz tak ab is dil ko sabar ho jaye

Zindagi guzri ho jaise kisi khanabadosh ki tarha
Mile manzil jo kahin wahin apna basar ho jaye

Ab yehi ek aarzoo aur yehi akhari Kwahish
Meri bad naseebi per teri mohobbat ka asar ho jaye
