As Sallam O Alikum ! Hope All Are Fine. 1. Open up Windows Narrator. You can do this by going to Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Accessibility and then clicking on Narrator. 2. Open up Notepad. You can do this by going to Start --> run --> type in notepad then enter 3. After notepad opens up and you have narrator up, type words in the notepad. 4. Highlight the words in notepad. 5. Press CTRL+ALT+SPACEBAR 6. Your computer should say the words
