zindagi mein ik sifat hai baki sab bekar hai
ya vo hai teri nazakat ya vo mera pyar hai

ek din bechaiin dil mein mannatein uthne lageein
jaane kyon lagta tha koi humnafas beemar hai

aye khuda tune ata ki hai ye kya dil ko sifat
jitni isme hai nazakat utna ye aiyaar hai

daria ke manind allhad ishq ab behne laga
gir gayeen saree deewarein raasta taiyar hai

hum bhi hain bechaiin behad tum na kam betaab ho
beech mein hum dono ke taqdeer ki deewar hai
