Mere ghar mai bhi payal ka roz ghungru bajta hai....

Meri saanson mai rehti hai woh khushbu si banke
Koi mere kamre mai aaina dekh ke sawarta hai...

Auro ki subha suraj ke ughne se shuru hoti hai
Mera toh din uska chehra dekhne se nikalta hai...

Kabhi mujhe aasmaa mai jab baadal nazar aaya
Laga khidki se kisi ka hawa mai dupatta udta hai...

Dekhta hoon rozana udte huye parindon ko yaha
Magar khawab dekhne se naseeb kaha badalta hai...

Raat ki bekaraari ka koi matlab nahi tab tak
Mere saath rehne ka faasla jab tak rehta hai....
