Humara DIL saweeray ka sunehra jaam ho jaye
chiraghon ki tarah ankhein jalein aur shaam ho jaye

kabhie tow asmaan se chand utray jaam ho jaye
tumharay naam ki ek khoobsurat shaam ho jaye

ajab halaat thay yun dil ka soda ho geya akhir
mohabbat ki haveeli jis tarah nelaam ho jaye

sumandar k safar mein iss tarah awaz de hum ko
hawayen teez hon aur kashtiyun mein shaam ho jaye

mujhay maloom hai usska thikana phir kahan ho ga
parinda asmaan choonay mein jab nakaam ho jaye

ujalay apni yaadon k humaray sath rehnay do
najanay kis gali mein zindagi ki shaam ho jaye
