Eggs & Keema
An easy dish made of keema and eggs in a thick masala gravy.
Ingredients
6-8 eggs
1/2 kg keema
2 onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. ghee (clarified butter) (or butter)
Salt according to taste
Method
1. Cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces.
2.Heat Ghee(clarified butter) in a pan, fry chopped onions, ginger-garlic until they get golden color.
3.To this, add keema (minced meat), turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, salt and cook until the water disappears.
4.Then add tomatoes. Break the eggs and add to the keema (minced meat). See that the eggs form a layer above the keema (minced meat).
5.Cook until the egg gets boiled and serve with rotis.
