Breakfast Platter
A healthy salad of fruits and sprouts tossed in spices !
Ingredients
2 tbsp. sprouted moong
3 tbsp. cottage cheese
1 orange, sliced
1/2 grapefruit, sliced
1/3 cup watermelon
1/3 cup papaya
4 dried figs
1 sliced banana
8 fresh strawberries or raspberries
1/3 cup green grapes
2 tbsp. mulberries
2 sliced dates
Roasted cumin seed powder
Chili powder
Method
1.Sprinkle the cumin seed powder and chili powder on the moong sprouts and cottage cheese.
2.Arrange all the ingredients on a large plate.
3.Serve cold.
