Ingredients:
250 grams of All-Purpose Flour (Maida)3 tbsp. Margarinesalt (To Taste)1 tsp. Instant Yeast1/4 tsp. Baking PowderGrated Cheese (any of your choice)Whole Milk (for kneading dough)Water (for kneading dough)Clarified Butter (Ghee) or Cooking Oil
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the flour, salt, yeast, baking powder, and margarine. Mix all ingredients together well. Prepare the dough by kneading this with ½ water and ½ milk.
Divide the dough into small equal portions for each individual nans by making balls of each portion. Take a ball of dough and roll out the portion of the dough into a flat chapati. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and fold in to half then bake in a moderate pre-heated oven until it has well risen.
