kaon aata hai magar aas lagaye rakhana
umrr bhar dard ki shammaon ko jalaye rakhan

dost pursish pe musir aor hamara sheva
apne ahawal ko khud se chhupaye rakhana

humko us nam ne mara ki jahan bhi jayen
khalkte-shahar ne toofan uthaye rakhana

is chakachondh men aankhen bhi ganva baithoge
uske hote hue palkon ko jhukaye rakhana

Kabhi zindagi me kisik liay mut rona**
q k vo''tumhare ansoun k kabil nahi ho ga''
or ''vo'' jo is ''kabil'' ho ga vo tumhe ''rone'' nahi de ga''*****
