Colourful Truffles

Variety of flavours:

Mint, Nutella, Cherry, Strawberry, Peanut butter & banana, Caramel...
yummy

BASIC TRUFFLES

500g of chocolate
1/2 cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of butter

Chop chocolate in small pieces and microwave for 30 secs at a time until almost melted.

Heat the cream for around 40-60 seconds in the microwave -
not boiling only simmer.

Add to chocolate - then add flavouring (nutella, strawberry, banana pudding, caramel, mint flavour..anything u like 2tbsps)
Play around with flavours

Then let sit in the fridge for a few hours till firm and set..now take a melon scooper and make balls...

Dip in melted chocolate - for colourful truffles...add colour to ur melted white choc
